A private four-day retreat in the Cotswolds (24-27 April 2026)

A private four-day retreat in the Cotswolds (24-27 April 2026)

A restorative retreat for those who have achieved much, and are ready to return to what matters most.

Return to Self is an invitation to step away from pace and expectation, and into stillness, beauty, and presence — held within an exclusive countryside estate.

This is luxury defined by space, time, and quiet care.

I bring years of experience guiding high-performing individuals to slow down, reconnect, and lead from clarity and alignment.

My approach blends leadership coaching, reflective inquiry, and nervous-system-informed embodied practices, always delivered with warmth and care.

This retreat is born from my own understanding that success and self-connection do not always travel together. I believe we already carry what we need — sometimes we simply require the right conditions to remember.

Everything here is unhurried. Nothing is forced. Every detail has been chosen with care.

Space to simply be

Space to simply be

Between sessions, time is deliberately left open — an essential part of the retreat.

Read by the fire.
Walk the grounds.
Rest, reflect, or enjoy quiet conversation.
Indulge in optional treatments or complete solitude.

This is a place to exhale fully.

Dining and nourishment

Dining and nourishment

Food at Return to Self is both nourishment and pleasure.

Seasonal, beautifully prepared meals are created by our private chef using fresh, locally sourced ingredients — dishes that are warming, grounding, and deeply satisfying.

We gather to eat together in the family dining space, lingering over unhurried meals before retreating with herbal teas, rich hot chocolate, or a glass of wine to cosy corners and the glow of the open log fire.

There is no restriction or regulation here. Just generous, flavourful food, prepared with care and enjoyed slowly.

The Cotswolds is also home to a quietly exceptional food scene, with farm shops, delis, and farmers’ markets overflowing with seasonal produce for those who wish to explore further.
